Social Media Manager Needed

Serial entrepreneur looking for a great social media manager (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio)
Would love to find a creative and detail-oriented social media manager who is highly organized, can carry out the vision and appropriately present the desired imagery and messaging on social media platforms.
Duties include:
**Social Media Strategy:** Develop, execute, and continually refine a social media strategy that aligns with our marketing and business goals.
**Content Creation:** Plan and create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for various social media platforms.
**Content Calendar:** Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and quality posts, and adapt content to suit different platforms.
**Community Management:** Monitor, engage with, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms, fostering a positive online community.
**Audience Growth:** Implement strategies to increase the size and engagement of our social media following by targeting the right demographics.
**Analytics and Reporting:** Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
**Social Media Trends:** Stay updated with social media trends and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve and implement innovative ideas.
**Brand Consistency:** Ensure that all social media content and interactions reflect our brand identity and messaging guidelines.
**Media Platforms:** Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) and social media management tools.
**Editing:** Knowledge of various viral post trends/styles and creating eye catching posts (Reels, TikTok’s, and coordinating captions)
**Photography& Videography:** Capturing imagery and footage for utilization as B-roll. Creating visual content for branding and content purposes, including marketing materials and storytelling elements.
