Online Resale Boutique looking for a great sales associate (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio)
Would love to find a creative and detail-oriented sales associate who is highly organized, computer savvy and can appropriately market products and fill customer orders.
Duties include:
**Customer Support:** Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries via email, addressing questions about products, orders and shipping.
**Sales:** Assist in achieving online sales goals. Promote upselling and cross-selling of clothing and accessories.
**Product Listings and Descriptions:** Create and maintain compelling product listings, including detailed descriptions, images, and pricing information on the website. Ensure that product information, sizes, and availability are up-to-date and informative.
**Order Fulfillment:** Process online orders accurately, that includes packing and shipping the orders off.
**Inventory Management:** Monitor online inventory levels and update the website to reflect accurate stock availability.
**Website Maintenance:** Keep the online store organized, updating product categories and featured collections. Assist with website content updates, including adding new arrivals and promotional materials onto the Shopify based site.
**Marketing:** Use email marketing and social media to engage with customers, inform them about promotions and new arrivals.
**Styling:** Curate and style outfits. Take visually appealing photos that showcase complete outfits or looks to help customers visualize how different items work together.
**Maintain Inventory:** Keep an inventory of clothing and accessories used for styling purposes. Organize, clean, and maintain the condition of these items.
