
Administrative Assistant Needed
5 TO 6 DAYS PER WEEK
Multi-business owner looking for talented and experienced administrative assistant (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio)
Would love to find a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant who is a great communicator, computer savvy, adept in his pressure environments, able to multi-task, and project upcoming needs and plan accordingly.
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
* Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
* Develop and maintain a filing system for documents, records, and reports
* Create, format, and edit documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials using appropriate software. Proofread and review documents such as emails, memos, and reports for accuracy and consistency
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling venues, preparing agendas, sending invitations, arranging travel and accommodations, and managing catering requirements
* Manage calendars and schedule appointments using Apple Calendar
* Assist in the preparation of expense reports
* Perform data entry tasks as needed
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
* Identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges, escalating when necessary Requirements:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
* Knowledge of phone systems and experience with handling phone calls professionally
* Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Customer service-oriented mindset
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
